2026: The Year Of Creative Accountability

Accountability has definitely been my word of choice lately — Especially when it comes to my creative work. It might be because I read ‘Atomic Habits’* earlier in the year (which I highly recommend!) or because I’ve been thinking a lot about the future and what I’d like my ideal situation (location, job, family, etc.) to be in five or ten years. There are a lot of questions with even more possibilities. What I do know is that time isn’t slowing down, rent isn’t getting cheaper and I don’t have an unlimited amount of well-maybe-next-year’s.

Now that I’ve built myself a nice, cozy, digital home — a central hub for my creative projects and long-term goals, what can you expect from me in 2026?

Expect frequent posts here that'll be more… eclectic in nature (sometimes I’ve just got things to say).

I’ll also be posting a lot more photography (consistently) and drone footage on Instagram.

And what I’m most excited about in 2026 — I’m hoping to complete my very long journey of becoming a Certified Healthcare Interpreter. There’s a lot to unpack there, but I’ll be explaining that and more in a Spanish-language video diary series! I’ve been wanting to do this for a minute and I’m glad I’m in a place where things have finally come together for me to do this.

There is truly a lot to be looking forward to in the New Year!
